ITD Cementation India Limited's promoter, Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited, has signed a share purchase agreement to sell 8,01,13,180 equity shares (46.64% of the company) to Renew Exim DMCC at INR 400 per share. This transaction will lead to an open offer by the purchaser, resulting in a change of control over the company as the promoter will no longer hold any stake. The seller will also cease to be classified as a promoter.
