SMC Global Securities Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 25-10-2024: Issue of Securities

SMC Global Securities Limited has approved a public issue of secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs. 1,000 each, aiming to raise up to Rs. 15,000 lakhs. This will consist of a base issue size of Rs. 7,500 lakhs with an option to retain oversubscription for an additional Rs. 7,500 lakhs.
