Macrotech Developers Limited confirmed that there has been no deviation or variation in the utilization of proceeds raised from its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) amounting to INR 3,281.85 Crore, completed on March 7, 2024. The funds have been fully utilized as per the objects stated in the Placement Document for the quarter ended September 30, 2024. Therefore, ongoing reporting on deviations is not applicable.
