Kody Technolab Limited has acquired 125,000 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of World EMS Private Limited at ₹400 each. This acquisition will enhance Kody’s manufacturing capacity for robots, as World EMS will manage bulk production. Kody has initially invested ₹10 Crores and plans to invest an additional ₹5 Crores. World EMS, incorporated in May 2023, specializes in manufacturing electronic equipment and has shown significant revenue growth in recent months.
