Network18 Media & Investments Limited has approved the allotment of 48,67,21,823 equity shares to TV18's shareholders and 83,29,676 equity shares to E18's shareholders, as part of a Composite Scheme of Arrangement. Following this allotment, the company's issued and paid-up capital increases to ₹7,71,00,00,090, comprising 1,54,20,00,018 equity shares. The newly allotted shares will be listed on stock exchanges and will have the same rights as existing shares.
