Dixon Technologies (India) Limited has announced the incorporation of two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Dixon Electroconnect Private Limited, focused on manufacturing components for electric vehicles, and Dixon IT Devices Private Limited, which will produce IT hardware products. Both entities were established in September 2024, with the subscription money of Rs. 1,00,000 paid for 100% equity shares in each on October 25, 2024.
