AEGIS Logistics Limited's Board has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2024, highlighting a standalone revenue of ₹139.04 crore and a profit of ₹23.76 crore. The Company also allocated ₹3,000 million for investment in its subsidiary, Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited, which will be disclosed later.
