Power Mech Projects Limited has incorporated a new step-down subsidiary, P M T S Technology L.L.C, in Dubai, aimed at providing comprehensive software development and technology services, including specialized SAP solutions. The initial share capital for the subsidiary is AED 300,000. This entity will operate under full ownership of PMTS Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Mech. The subsidiary has yet to commence business operations.
