JSW Steel Limited announced the appointment of two new directors. Mr. Sushil Kumar Roongta has been appointed as an additional non-executive independent director, subject to shareholder approval, for a term from October 25, 2024, to October 24, 2029. Mr. Arun Sitaram Maheshwari will join as an additional director and whole-time director designated as Director (Commercial & Marketing), effective November 8, 2024, also pending shareholder approval.
