Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited — New Orders, 25-10-2024: Bagging/Receiving of orders/contracts

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has signed a Customer Service Agreement with Innovative Retail Concepts Private Limited and Supermarket Grocery Supplies Private Limited. Under this agreement, Zaggle will provide petty cash management solutions for employees of the latter companies. The contract is scheduled to last for three years. There are no related party transactions involved, and no interest from promoters in the entities awarding the contracts.
