Bedmutha Industries Limited has appointed Mr. Madhvendra Pratap Singh as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Singh, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with over nine years of experience in corporate governance, was selected based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Board meeting to approve his appointment was held today.
