Epigral Limited — Important, 25-10-2024: General Updates

Epigral Limited (formerly Meghmani Finechem Limited) has completed a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), issuing 1,591,180 equity shares at ₹2,093.13 each, raising ₹333.05 crores. The shares were allocated to qualified institutional buyers, increasing the paid-up equity capital from ₹415.5 million to ₹431.4 million. The company has also provided a list of significant allottees and will proceed with the formalities for listing these shares on the National Stock Exchange and BSE.
