Info Edge (India) Limited — JV/Acquisition, 24-10-2024: Acquisition

Redstart Labs (India) Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Info Edge (India) Ltd., plans to invest approximately Rs. 8 Crores in Vyuti Systems Private Limited, a machine vision and AI technology company. This investment aligns with Redstart's strategy of external financial investments aimed at medium to long-term value creation. Following the acquisition, Redstart will hold 5.14% of Vyuti’s shares, with completion expected within 30 days.
