CESC Limited has announced the results of its Postal Ballot, where two special resolutions were approved: the appointment of Mr. Paras K. Chowdhary as a Non-Executive Independent Director and the re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Mitra in the same capacity. Both resolutions received overwhelming support, with 93.46% and 99.14% votes in favor, respectively. The voting was conducted through remote e-voting and the results are available on the company's and NSDL's websites.
