ITC Limited — Board Meeting, 24-10-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

ITC Limited has approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the period ended 30th September 2024, showing a revenue increase to ₹21,415.97 crores and ₹22,281.89 crores, respectively. Net profit stood at ₹5,078.34 crores (standalone) and ₹5,054.43 crores (consolidated). Additionally, the company recommended the appointment of Mr. Siddhartha Mohanty as a Non-Executive Director and approved the acquisition of shares in EIH and HLV to consolidate its holdings.
