State Bank of India — Others, 24-10-2024: Loss of Share Certificates

State Bank of India has notified the stock exchanges about the loss of several share certificates and the request for duplicate certificates from the holders. The bank has initiated the issuance of Letters of Confirmation for the affected shareholders. Additionally, it reminds shareholders that since the face value of SBI shares split from Rs. 10 to Re. 1, older certificates are no longer valid as of November 22, 2014. Claims regarding lost certificates should be submitted to the bank's transfer agent.
