JSW Energy reported a 14% year-on-year increase in net generation to 9.8 billion units for Q2 FY25, driven by wind and thermal plants. Consolidated revenue edged up 2% to ₹3,459 crore; however, EBITDA fell 5% to ₹1,907 crore due to lower merchant sales margins. Despite these challenges, both profit after tax (PAT) and cash PAT saw slight increases, reaching ₹853 crore and ₹1,190 crore, respectively.
