REC Limited — Important, 24-10-2024: General Updates

REC Limited has announced the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Ratle Kiru Power Transmission Limited, under its subsidiary REC Power Development & Consultancy Limited. The new entity aims to oversee a transmission project for evacuating power from Ratle HEP and Kiru HEP. It will not commence operations until it selects a successful bidder through a competitive bidding process, ensuring asset and liability transfer post-selection.
