Narmada Agrobase Limited has received trading approval for its Rights Issue of 24,387,685 fully paid-up equity shares from both the BSE and NSE. The shares, priced at Rs. 10 each with an additional premium of Rs. 5, are now officially listed and will be traded starting October 24, 2024.
