SPML Infra Limited — Board Meeting, 24-10-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

SPML Infra Limited's Board approved the allotment of 6,293,528 equity shares and 2,468,289 equity shares on a preferential basis, along with 7,314,844 warrants convertible to equity shares. Additionally, 2,941,548 warrants were converted into equity shares. Mr. T.V. Rangaswami was appointed as a Nominee Director. The total fund infusion amounts to approximately Rs. 135.31 crore through these transactions. Detailed allotment information is provided in the annexures.
