Ugro Capital Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 24-10-2024: Allotment of Securities

UGRO Capital Limited has approved the allotment of 20,00,000 Rated, Secured, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth Rs. 20,000 Lakhs through a public issue. The NCDs will have varying tenures of 18, 24, and 30 months, with coupon rates of 10.15%, 10.25%, and 10.40% per annum, respectively. These securities will be listed on the National Stock Exchange and BSE, secured against the company's receivables. Payments will be made monthly until maturity.
