Sadhav Shipping Ltd. has approved borrowing Rs. 19.20 crore from Yes Bank. The company will take a Foreign Currency Term Loan of Rs. 15 crore at a fixed interest rate of 8.4% per annum, lasting 66 months with a 6-month moratorium. Conditions from the previous sanction letter remain unchanged.
