Indiamart Intermesh Limited — Important, 24-10-2024: General Updates

IndiaMART InterMESH reported Q2 FY2025 consolidated revenue of ₹348 crores, an 18% year-on-year increase. Customer collections rose by 6%, but unique business inquiries saw a 14% increase, reaching 28 million. The company added 2,400 customers but faced elevated churn, particularly in the silver tier. Deferred revenue increased by 19% to ₹1,483 crores. Management acknowledged that while current margins are stable at 36%, achieving future growth requires addressing churn issues and refining customer acquisition strategies.
