State Bank of India — Important, 24-10-2024: Updates

The bank successfully conducted bidding for its Rs. 5,000 crore Basel III compliant Additional Tier 1 bonds, with a coupon rate of 7.98%. A total of 5,000 bonds were offered, and the bidding attracted 108 bids. The issue was open and closed on the same date. The bonds are set to be listed on both the BSE and NSE.
