Prestige Estates Projects Limited has recently finalized agreements to acquire controlling stakes in several subsidiaries, enhancing its ownership to 100% for K2K Infrastructure India, Prestige Garden Estates, Apex Realty Management, and Prestige Acres. Additionally, they increased their stake in Prestige Projects from 60% to 76%. These acquisitions are aimed at consolidating their portfolio in real estate development. The completion of all transactions is expected by October 31, 2024.
