Prestige Estates Projects Limited has executed agreements to acquire significant equity stakes in several subsidiary companies, aiming for full ownership. This includes acquiring 25% of K2K Infrastructure, 27% of Prestige Garden Estates, 40% of Apex Realty Management, 49% of Prestige Acres, and an additional 16% in Prestige Projects, boosting its stake to 76%. The acquisitions are expected to be completed by the end of October 2024 for a total cash consideration of approximately Rs. 12,000 million.
