Mankind Pharma has successfully completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited for INR 13,768 Crores. This strategic move enhances Mankind's position in the women's health and fertility drug market and strengthens its portfolio in critical care products. The acquisition is expected to leverage synergies in operations and boost R&D capabilities, allowing for greater scalability in both domestic and international markets. BSV is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Mankind Pharma.
