Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a License Agreement for a new property in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, set to open in FY 2028. Managed by its subsidiary, Carnation Hotels, the hotel will feature 60 rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, meeting rooms, a swimming pool, and a spa, contributing to Lemon Tree's expansion in Maharashtra alongside its existing and upcoming locations.
