Kirloskar Industries Limited announced that its subsidiary, Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (KFIL), has received trading permission for 2,49,04,259 equity shares, effective October 23, 2024, following the merger with ISMT Limited. This update follows a previous communication regarding the Scheme of Arrangement. The new shares will rank equally with existing shares of KFIL.
