Wipro Limited has granted 49,167 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to identified employees of its subsidiary under the Company’s ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004. The grant is effective from October 22, 2024, and the RSUs will vest according to the approved schedule by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The exercise period for these units will also follow the Committee’s approval.
