Equitas Small Finance Bank has approved the grant of 77,800 employee stock options under its ESFB Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2019. The options, priced at ₹66.12 each, are available to eligible employees and will vest after one year, subject to continued service. Shares allotted after exercising these options will rank equally with existing shares.
