Rane Engine Valve Ltd. reported unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2024. Revenue increased by 2.7% to ₹147.6 crore compared to the previous year, with EBITDA rising 83% to ₹16.8 crore and PAT soaring 287.7% to ₹5.7 crore. For H1 FY25, total revenue reached ₹287.8 crore, up 2% year-on-year, with PAT at ₹8.1 crore, a 152.7% increase. The Board also approved a commission payment to the Chairman, pending member approval.
