Zomato Limited announced a postal ballot to seek shareholder approval for three key resolutions: raising up to INR 8,500 crore through a qualified institutional placement of equity shares; implementing four Employee Stock Option Plans via a trust route; and providing an interest-free loan to the Foodie Bay Employees ESOP Trust for these plans. Remote e-voting will be available from October 24 to November 22, 2024, with results to be disclosed shortly after.
