Adani Enterprises Limited — Important, 22-10-2024: Updates

Adani Airport Holdings Limited has established a joint venture, Smartport City Limited, with Indoport Logistics Private Limited. The joint venture aims to engage in the design, development, operation, and maintenance of airport cargo infrastructure, including warehousing solutions. Adani Airport Holdings will hold a 74% stake in Smartport City, which is registered in India and yet to commence operations. Share capital is set at Rs. 10 per share, entirely paid in cash.
