Orbit Exports Limited — Important, 22-10-2024: Updates

The Board of Orbit Exports Limited has accepted the resignation of Executive Director Mr. Parth Seth and appointed Mr. Birendranath Bandyopadhyay as an Additional Director, designated as Executive Director for a five-year term. Mr. Seth will also serve as Chief Executive Officer. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
