Nazara Technologies UK Limited has entered into an unsecured loan agreement with Kiddopia Inc. for up to GBP 68,00,000 (approximately INR 75 crores). The loan, intended for business purposes and repayment of existing loans, will be disbursed in one or more tranches. Both companies are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Nazara Technologies Limited, and the transaction adheres to the arm's length principle and is exempt from related party transaction regulations.
