Prime Securities Limited's Board has approved acquiring up to a 51% stake in Ark Neo Financial Services, a technology platform for loans against securities. The total investment will not exceed INR 700 lakhs, with the aim of enhancing its financial services. The acquisition process will take place in multiple tranches and is expected to be completed within 24 months. The entire consideration will be paid in cash.
