Axis Bank has allotted 76,376 equity shares at Rs. 2 each following the exercise of stock options under its ESOP/RSU Scheme. This increases the paid-up share capital from Rs. 618,71,27,184 to Rs. 618,72,79,936, translating to a total of 309,36,39,968 equity shares.
