NHPC Limited — Important, 22-10-2024: Disclosure of material issue

NHPC has reported an estimated loss of ₹327.67 crore due to material damage from a landslide at the Teesta-V Power Station (510 MW). Currently, the power station is not operational and is undergoing restoration following flash floods in October 2023. The company is notifying its insurance provider about the losses incurred.
