Dynamic Cables Limited's Board approved unaudited financial results for Q2 FY 2024-25, reporting significant growth. The meeting confirmed the appointment of Mr. Sudhir Jain as Head of Corporate Strategies and announced the "DCL - ESOP 2024" for eligible employees. A new product, Solar Power Cable, was also launched. Shareholder approval will be sought via postal ballot for the ESOP plan. The trading window will open on October 24, 2024.
