This strategic acquisition will boost Choice Finserv's assets under management (AUM) by 75%, increasing it to ₹801.6 crore and expanding its branch network from 71 to 168 locations. The move aims to enhance MSME lending and promote green finance initiatives, while also increasing its workforce significantly.
