Choice International Limited's subsidiary, Choice Finserv, will acquire the retail lending businesses of Paisabuddy Finance and Sureworth Financial Services through a slump sale. This strategic acquisition will increase Choice Finserv's assets under management (AUM) by 75%, boosting total AUM to approximately ₹801.6 crore. The transaction will also expand its branch network from 71 to 168 locations, while enhancing its focus on MSME lending and green finance initiatives.
