Power Finance Corporation Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Gadag II and Koppal II Transmission Limited, under PFC Consulting Limited. This Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) aims to develop a transmission system to integrate renewable energy generation projects. PFC Consulting has been appointed as the Bid Process Coordinator to oversee the selection of a developer through competitive bidding. The SPV will transfer to the successful bidder post-bidding completion for project development.
