RITES Limited announced the resignation of Dr. Dineshananda Goswami as an Independent Director, effective immediately. He cited pre-occupation and personal commitments as reasons for his departure and confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated. Dr. Goswami will also relinquish his roles as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee, as well as his membership in the Project Investment Committee.
