Mega Flex Plastics Limited announced the conversion of 3,57,000 equity share warrants into equity shares at a total consideration of ₹1,07,10,000. As a result, the company’s paid-up equity share capital has increased to ₹11,10,20,250, comprising 1,11,02,025 shares. After this conversion, 5,16,000 warrants of promoters, 3,84,000 warrants of the promoter group, and 1,29,000 public warrants remain to be converted. The newly allotted shares will rank equally with existing shares.
