Power Grid Corporation of India Limited — Board Meeting, 22-10-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

POWERGRID has approved the issuance of Unsecured, Non-convertible, Non-cumulative, Redeemable, Taxable Bonds - LXXIX (79th Issue) for up to Rs. 5,000 Crore through private placement. The base issue size is Rs. 1,000 Crore, with a green shoe option of Rs. 4,000 Crore. The bonds will mature in 10 years, and interest payments will be made annually. Listing is proposed on BSE and NSE.
