MRF Limited — Important, 22-10-2024: Updates

MRF Limited has entered into a captive power purchase agreement with CleanMax Omni Private Limited, planning to acquire up to 26% equity in the company for renewable energy supply. The investment will amount to Rs. 7.26 crores, aimed at enhancing MRF's renewable energy sources. CleanMax, recently established, focuses on developing clean energy but has not yet commenced operations. Completion of the acquisition is expected within 3-4 months.
