The Hi-Tech Gears Limited has provided an update regarding the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has stayed a prior judgement from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and scheduled the next hearing for January 15, 2025. The interim stay on the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process will continue until then. A copy of the NCLAT order is also attached for reference.
