Lemon Tree Hotels Limited — Important, 21-10-2024: Updates

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a License Agreement for the new Lemon Tree Hotel in Kalaburagi, Karnataka, managed by its subsidiary, Carnation Hotels. The property, expected to open in FY 2027, will feature 72 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a spa. This will enhance Lemon Tree's presence in Karnataka, complementing its existing properties in the region.
