Vinyl Chemicals (India) Ltd. has announced key personnel changes effective November 4, 2024. Ms. Aarti Falorh will be appointed as Company Secretary, succeeding Mr. P.C. Patel, who will relinquish his office. Additionally, Mr. Sayantan Mallick has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, replacing Mr. Mahendra Gayatonde due to retirement. Mr. K.S. Krishnan, Additional Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, will also resign effective October 30, 2024, due to retirement.
